[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) delivered winter supplies for energy-vulnerable groups on the 30th.
On this day, KHNP donated a total of 100 million KRW worth of items, including 90,000 briquettes, heating oil, and masks, to the Bapsang Community Briquette Bank at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jung-gu, Seoul.
The supplies are scheduled to be distributed to elderly and low-income households facing economic difficulties due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and economic downturn.
Last year, KHNP also supported energy-vulnerable groups by providing approximately 120 million KRW along with employee briquette volunteer activities.
