Dong-A ST Conducts Fair Trade Compliance Program Training
[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] Dong-A ST announced on the 30th that it conducted a Compliance Program (CP) training on fair trade for employees of its medical business division.
This training was organized to spread a culture of compliance and internalize employees' ethical awareness. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the training was conducted in a hybrid format of online and offline sessions, with about 600 employees participating online.
Kang Han-cheol, a lawyer from Kim & Chang Law Firm who served as the lecturer, emphasized the necessity and importance of ethical management in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on regulatory and policy trends in the pharmaceutical industry and precautions in contactless pharmaceutical marketing due to COVID-19.
Dong-A ST plans to utilize this training as online educational material to enhance all employees' commitment to complying with the fair trade compliance program.
