LGU+ Introduces 'Visible ARS' for Phone Insurance
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] LG Uplus has introduced a 'Visible ARS' service at its mobile phone loss and damage insurance compensation center.
On the 27th, LG Uplus announced that through the Visible ARS, it first explains ▲subscription product information and compensation progress status that customers frequently ask about or need to check first, and ▲guides customers using mobile phone insurance on compensation limits and insurance payments to be received. In addition, by strengthening connectivity with the mobile phone loss and damage insurance app, customers can conveniently apply for compensation anytime, even outside consultation hours.
Along with this, LG Uplus has significantly improved inconveniences experienced by customers using mobile phone insurance. It introduced a 'mobile FAX' system so that customers no longer need to find a FAX machine to submit compensation documents. To resolve the inconvenience of submitting documents for damage compensation, it linked repair cost information with LG Electronics and Samsung Electronics to provide easy and fast compensation processing.
