Six Family Members Confirmed with COVID-19 in Changwon, Gyeongnam
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Ju Cheol-in] Six new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed overnight in Changwon, Gyeongnam.
According to Gyeongnam Province on the 26th, a woman in her 30s (Gyeongnam 304), a woman in her 60s (305), a girl under 10 years old (306), a woman in her 50s (307), a man in his 60s (308), and a woman in her 50s (309), all living in Changwon, tested positive for COVID-19.
They are relatives who were notified as contacts after a family member living in Gyeonggi-do, who attended a family memorial service held in Changwon around the 18th, was confirmed positive for COVID-19.
All of them were admitted to Masan Medical Center. The quarantine authorities are currently investigating their movements and contacts.
