Gwangju Buk-gu 'Beautiful 4050 Health Management' Program Operation

First, an online program to improve women’s health management skills will be operated until next month.
It will be held for one hour every Friday, starting with ‘Making a Mixed Garden’ on the 23rd, followed by ▲COVID-19 Stress Management ▲Healthy Cooking Class (2 sessions) ▲Proper Walking ▲Making Natural Cosmetics, totaling six sessions.
In addition, through a non-face-to-face health promotion pavilion, health information that middle-aged people should know, such as diet, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and chronic diseases, will be provided, and various health promotion projects will also be promoted.
