View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Juhyung] A man in his 70s who received a flu vaccine in Gochang, Jeonbuk, was found dead, and health authorities are investigating the causal relationship.
According to Jeonbuk Province on the 20th, at around 7:35 a.m. that day, a neighbor found Mr. A (78) collapsed and dead in a house in Sangha-myeon, Gochang-gun, and reported it to the police.
It was reported that Mr. A received a flu vaccine at a local clinic at around 8:30 a.m. the previous day. The vaccine was identified as Boryung Pharm's Boryung Flu.
