Caps ViewGuard 5 Million Pixel High-Resolution IP Camera 3 Models Released
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] Security specialist ADT Caps has expanded the lineup of IP cameras for Caps Viewguard, strengthening its competitiveness in video security.
ADT Caps (CEO Park Jinhyo) announced on the 19th that it will launch three types of 5-megapixel IP cameras dedicated to Caps Viewguard. Caps Viewguard is ADT Caps' video security solution that allows real-time monitoring of CCTV footage through an app.
The newly introduced 5-megapixel IP cameras by ADT Caps are equipped with the premium image sensor 'Sony Starvis,' significantly enhancing color reproduction and video quality. During the day, the cameras capture footage with brighter and clearer colors, and at night, they can identify faces or vehicle license plates without noise. They are available in three types: indoor fixed lens, indoor varifocal lens, and outdoor varifocal lens.

Among the 5-megapixel lineup, the indoor and outdoor varifocal lenses feature a 4.3x optical zoom, which stands out. The field of view can be adjusted from 2.7mm to 12mm according to customer needs. An ADT Caps representative stated, "ADT Caps has a wide range of IP cameras dedicated to Caps Viewguard, allowing customized security environments tailored to customer characteristics, from schools to apartment parking lots. We will continue to upgrade our products based on advanced ICT technology and enhance service competitiveness through ongoing research and development."
