[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Seul-gi] A man in his 20s who tried to smoke 100 cigarettes at once after entering an unattended PC bang was caught by the police.
According to an SBS report on the 15th, at around 2:30 p.m. on the 14th, Lee, a man in his 20s, trespassed into a PC bang, opened 7 packs of cigarettes, and lit them.
Lee smoked for a while and then placed about 100 lit cigarettes on the floor. It is known that burn marks remained on the window of the smoking room where the lit cigarettes had been placed.
The situation ended when the owner rushed over after seeing the CCTV footage filled with smoke. However, this PC bang operates unmanned from night until noon, so it could have easily led to a major fire.
The PC bang owner said, "I thought the store was going to burn down. I was so shocked, thinking someone came to set fire to our store, that I reported it to the police," unable to hide his embarrassment.
According to the investigation, Lee committed this crime to film a YouTube video.
