Kumho Tire Ranks No.1 in Passenger Car Tire Category of 'Korea Industry Customer Satisfaction'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Kumho Tire announced on the 15th that it was selected as the No. 1 company in the passenger car tire sector in the '2020 29th Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting.
KCSI is a representative domestic customer satisfaction index implemented since 1992, which structures the causal relationship between customer-required quality, overall perceived quality, and customer loyalty. Kumho Tire scored 81.7 points in the passenger car tire sector among a total of 110 industrial fields including consumer goods, durable goods manufacturing, and general/public services, surpassing the sector average of 80.9 points to take first place.
