This system (DB C-System) applies telephone work methods to non-face-to-face compensation tasks, digitalizing and managing customer service and compensation guidance content that were previously conducted through analog wired phones.
Developed based on smartphones, it features real-time sharing of accident photos or videos sent by customers with compensation agents.
In particular, compensation agents can immediately check customers' past consultation history and compensation records to quickly resolve any information or questions customers may have. It is expected to improve customer service quality and reduce the time required for processing tasks.
DB INC, a DB Group affiliate, participated as the main business operator.
