Hoban Construction and Hoban Industry announced on the 5th that they have won three industrial complex development projects: the 'Yeongcheon Gogyung General Industrial Complex Development Project' in Yeongcheon City, Gyeongbuk, the 'Sejong Smart Green General Industrial Complex Development Project,' and the 'Gimhae Wonji General Industrial Complex Development Project' in Gimhae City, Gyeongnam.
The 'Yeongcheon Gogyung General Industrial Complex Development Project' in Yeongcheon City, Gyeongbuk, is a project to develop an industrial complex of 1,565㎡ in two phases. The area around Yongjeon-ri, Gogyung-myeon, Yeongcheon City, where the complex will be developed, is located midway between Yeongcheon City and Gyeongju City and is evaluated to have abundant industrial demand. The construction scale is 116 billion KRW, and the construction period is 39 months from the start date.
The 'Sejong Smart Green General Industrial Complex Development Project' is a project covering a total of two complexes, including an industrial complex and a support complex, with an area of 849,690㎡ in Godeung-ri, Somyeong-myeon, and Eupnae-ri, Jeonui-myeon, Sejong. The construction scale is about 51 billion KRW, and the construction period is 36 months from the start date.
The 'Gimhae Wonji General Industrial Complex Development Project' in Gimhae City, Gyeongnam, is a project to develop an industrial complex on a total site of 215,252㎡, including 153,05㎡ of industrial facilities and 1,885㎡ of support facilities in Wonji-ri, Juchon-myeon. The construction scale is 31 billion KRW, and the construction period is 32 months from the start date.
