On the morning of the 30th, Minister Choo announced on her Facebook, "All related parties were processed without detention by the prosecution regarding the son's leave controversy."
She stated a strong stance, saying, "Irresponsible forces that used the one-sided claims of the informant as a tool for political strife must bear strict responsibility," and "If there is no proper apology, follow-up measures will be taken."
She then expressed regret about the media coverage related to this case, saying, "Many media outlets reported false claims as if they were facts."
She added, "The public is fully aware. Why do conservative opposition parties and conservative media persistently launch political attacks targeting the Ministers of Justice of the Moon Jae-in administration?"
