The competition was conducted for financial group employees, with 20 teams and a total of 138 participants (95% of all employees).
The Future Insight Competition was inspired by the recommended book suggested by Kim Kwang-soo, Chairman of Nonghyup Financial, titled Amazon Bank is Coming. Reflecting the non-face-to-face trend in the COVID-19 era, teams produced videos which were then uploaded to the company bulletin board. The submitted videos covered various themes such as finance, digital, and culture, and outstanding works were selected through employee voting.
A Nonghyup official stated, “The event, originally started to foster a healthy vacation culture through reading, evolved into an insight derivation competition,” adding, “The participating employees showed a high level of satisfaction.”
