According to Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 25th, two overseas arrivals were diagnosed with COVID-19 the previous day, bringing the total confirmed cases to 490.
A woman in her 20s and a girl under 10 who arrived from Uzbekistan reached their home on the 23rd and visited a screening clinic the day before to have specimens collected and tested. There are no additional movement paths or contacts.
Currently, 490 people in the Gwangju area have been confirmed with COVID-19, with 3 deaths and 464 recoveries discharged from the hospital. Twenty-three people are receiving isolation treatment.
A total of 148,634 people have been tested for COVID-19, with 147,852 testing negative and 292 awaiting results.
There are 11,003 contacts of confirmed cases, with 87 in quarantine.
