Park Yumi, the quarantine controller of the Seoul Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, stated, "After the first confirmed case of a Yemaru Daycare Center user on September 22, tests were conducted on 15 employees and users, resulting in 14 confirmed cases."
