Park Yumi, the quarantine control officer of the Seoul Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, stated in an online briefing on the morning of the same day that one teacher at the daycare center in Gangseo-gu was first confirmed positive on the 22nd, and 12 additional cases were confirmed by the 23rd, among which 10 were related to Seoul city. According to the city, the 13 confirmed cases include 3 daycare center staff, 2 children, 3 family members, 2 people related to the initial confirmed case's Bible study group, and 3 visitors to the Bible study meeting location.
