Estra Wins 'Brand of the Year Award' for 5 Consecutive Years
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] MediBeauty Estra announced on the 24th that it has won the '2020 Brand of the Year Award' hosted by the Korea Consumer Forum for five consecutive years.
The Brand of the Year Award, which celebrated its 18th anniversary since its first presentation in 2003, is the largest-scale awards in Korea that selects and honors the best brands that have shone in various fields such as economy, society, culture, and personalities throughout the year, based on direct consumer votes each year.
The Korea Consumer Forum conducted a nationwide public vote for the selection of the Brand of the Year from July 27 to September 9, lasting about 40 days, targeting consumers aged 15 and older residing in Korea through online, mobile, and one-on-one telephone surveys. Estra scored a total of 6.26 in the hospital cosmetics category and 6.61 in the derma moisturizing care category.
A representative of the Estra brand stated, “For over 10 years, Estra has continuously researched and pondered healthy beauty,” adding, “Especially this year, we focused on launching products that consumers with sensitive skin can practically experience the effects of, based on data from general consumers with sensitive skin, and we are achieving meaningful results.”
