At a meeting held on the 11th to gather citizens' opinions, the (tentatively named) Gwangyang Art Warehouse area was selected as the target location, and one artist team (37 members) will be chosen to carry out the project.
The selected artist team will receive a project budget of 400 million KRW, including artist fees and production costs, and will implement the project by April next year.
Project types include △installation works such as murals, sculptures, paintings, architecture, and media art △space creation and exhibitions △urban regeneration △resident participation community activities. Office workers and university students such as professors, teachers, and employees of for-profit organizations are excluded from participation.
