Chief Im Jongbok said, “We made sandbags with a mindset of being prepared by learning from the heavy rain in Gwangju last month that caused significant damage in Gwangsan-gu,” adding, “We will thoroughly prepare in advance to prevent damage in flood-prone and low-lying areas.”
