The court explained the sentencing reason, stating, "The defendant served a prison sentence for trespassing and rape and committed the crime during the recidivism period. Besides the recidivist record, he has two suspended sentences for trespassing and rape, and two fines for public obscenity. He repeatedly committed crimes at the residence of the same victim in a short period and was not forgiven by the victim."
