Woori Bank Second Half Open Recruitment... Big Data-Based AI Competency Test
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] Woori Bank announced that it will conduct its open recruitment for new employees for the second half of this year starting from the 14th.
The recruitment fields are divided into three sectors: 'General,' 'Digital,' and 'IT,' aimed at strengthening sales capabilities and securing future growth engines. Applicants will be finally selected through document screening, written tests, practical interviews, and executive interviews.
Starting from this second half recruitment, Woori Bank has newly introduced an 'online artificial intelligence (AI) competency test' based on big data for candidates who pass the first interview, to enhance the objectivity of interviews and evaluate various competencies of applicants.
To actively participate in the government's COVID-19 infection prevention measures, Woori Bank plans to conduct the written test with a significantly reduced number of test-takers per classroom, dispersing candidates as much as possible and proceeding under thorough quarantine measures.
