Office for Government Policy Coordination Hosts 'Online Cheongnyeon Policy Expo'... Offering Diverse Content
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] The Youth Policy Promotion Team of the Office for Government Policy Coordination announced that it will hold the 'Online Youth Policy Expo' from the 14th to the 30th of this month.
This year, due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the event will be conducted online in a non-face-to-face manner. Visitors who wish to participate in the Youth Policy Expo can enjoy related content anytime and anywhere by accessing the expo website via PC or mobile devices.
The Youth Policy Expo will showcase selected outstanding policies from central government ministries and youth policies from 17 metropolitan local governments. Additionally, visitors can get an overview of real-life policy experience cases from youth.
During the expo, an online youth proposal corner is also provided where visitors can directly suggest new youth policy ideas or improvements to existing youth policies.
On the Youth Policy Expo website, besides policy introductions, visitors can also watch congratulatory and supportive videos from ministers of various ministries handling youth policies and youth active in diverse fields.
Various contents such as video lectures by notable figures whom youth admire, offering advice and comfort necessary for young people’s lives, are also prepared.
Furthermore, to encourage active participation from youth, among the excellent youth policies introduced in the online exhibition hall, visitors can 'like' policies they are interested in and share them on their personal social network services (SNS) to participate in a prize event.
