The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Employment and Labor announced on the 14th that the annual joint logistics industry youth job fair will be held starting from the 15th. Fifty companies, including CJ Logistics, Hanjin, and Pantos, will participate to recruit new employees who will bring fresh energy.
Unlike previous fairs, which were held in person for one day with a logistics promotion center, this fair will be conducted online through the job fair website for two months from the 15th to November 30th to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Side events such as artificial intelligence (AI) interviews and online real-time recruitment briefings aim to achieve about 150 hires.
Job seekers wishing to participate in the fair can register their resumes on the job fair website by the 18th of next month and then apply for consultations or interviews with companies of interest. However, some companies only offer consultations, not recruitment, due to their own hiring schedules, so applicants must distinguish between recruiting companies and consulting companies when applying.
