Smilegate's 'Lost Ark' Launches in Japan... Public Service Starts on 23rd
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Smilegate announced on the 11th that the PC online MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) 'Lost Ark' will be launched in Japan.
GameOn, which is in charge of Lost Ark's service in Japan, announced that the public service will begin on the 23rd at 3 PM Japan time.
Additionally, pre-download will be available from 12 PM on the 11th, and pre-character creation will be conducted starting from the 17th.
At the announcement event, key content information was also revealed. First, nine regions including Artemis, where Lost Ark's adventure begins, up to the northern Shushayer region, and 46 islands will be available. Players can play a total of 12 characters, with three advanced classes each from the warrior, martial artist, hunter, and mage job groups.
Furthermore, various content will be provided, including the expedition base introduced in the recent Season 2 update in Korea, the renewed Chaos Dungeon, four types of Guardian Raids, and the final challenge gate Abyss Dungeon 'Ancient Ruins Elberia.'
