Hanssem, Two-Step Rise in Win-Win Growth Index... 'Excellent' Grade
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Comprehensive home interior company Hanssem announced on the 8th that it received an 'Excellent' rating in the '2019 Win-Win Growth Index Evaluation' announced by the Win-Win Growth Committee. This is a two-level improvement compared to the previous year.
The Win-Win Growth Index is a system that evaluates and quantifies the level of win-win growth between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to promote mutual growth. It is announced once a year by combining 50:50 the comprehensive evaluation of win-win growth by the Win-Win Growth Committee and the Fair Trade Commission's evaluation of fair trade agreement implementation. The evaluation is divided into five categories in order of highest rating: Best, Excellent, Good, Average, and Poor.
This year, a total of 185 companies were subject to the Win-Win Growth Index evaluation. Hanssem was included among the six companies that improved by two levels, out of 31 companies whose ratings rose compared to the previous year. Hanssem also received an 'Excellent' rating in the Fair Trade Commission's evaluation of fair trade agreement implementation. Excellent companies receive incentives such as exemption from the Fair Trade Commission's ex officio investigation for one year and commendations from related government departments.
Hanssem launched its Win-Win Growth Team in 2017, adopting the value of 'Togetherness' as the foundation of its mutual growth management, and has expanded and strengthened various win-win growth systems. It is currently running various management support programs including financial support such as a win-win fund and a win-win payment system for partner companies, as well as contributions to win-win growth investment resources for agency workers' industrial accident insurance premiums.
In addition, Hanssem continuously expands win-win type large stores to support the business activities of self-employed agencies. Win-win type large stores refer to large exhibition stores prepared by Hanssem at its own expense to reduce the cost burden on agencies, such as rent for securing spacious stores and displaying interior products, which are characteristic of the interior business.
