View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] HanmiGlobal, a global construction project management (PM) company, announced on the 8th that it will carry out construction management services for the new construction of the 'Yangji Distribution Business Facility Joint Collection and Delivery Center' in Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province, and the sales distribution logistics center in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung-si.
The Yangji Distribution Business Facility Joint Collection and Delivery Center is a state-of-the-art cold and ambient temperature mixed logistics warehouse facility built on a site with a total floor area of 205,000㎡, consisting of one basement floor and ten above-ground floors. Located near Yangji IC on the Yeongdong Expressway, it is evaluated as an optimal location for rapid nationwide delivery as it can utilize not only the Yeongdong Expressway but also the nearby Gyeongbu and Jungbu Expressways.
The Jeongwang-dong Sales Distribution Logistics Center is equipped with cold and ambient temperature warehouses with a total floor area of approximately 165,000㎡, and a 1MW capacity eco-friendly green energy solar panel has been installed on the rooftop parking lot. In addition, the design and construction are being carried out with the goal of reducing annual energy consumption by 20% through environmentally friendly office space configuration and LEED certification, an international eco-friendly standard, for the entire building.
