Savings Bank Central Association, SB Toktok Plus Customer Suggestion Event
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] The Korea Federation of Savings Banks has started listening to customer feedback to improve its total mobile banking application for savings banks.
On the 8th, the federation announced that it will hold events for ‘writing app reviews’ and ‘suggesting app improvements’ to commemorate the first anniversary of the launch of the ‘SB TokTok Plus’ app.
The event period is from the 9th to the 8th of next month. For the ‘writing app reviews’ event, the first 200 people who write a review about the app on the SB TokTok Plus event page will receive a convenience store mobile gift certificate, and through a draw, Galaxy Watch 3 (2 people) and convenience store mobile gift certificates (200 people) will be awarded.
For the ‘suggesting app improvements’ event, those who propose improvements will be awarded AirPods Pro (2 people) through a review process.
Participants can join both events simultaneously, and winners will be announced around mid-next month.
Launched in September last year, SB TokTok Plus is convenient as it allows customers to manage all their savings bank accounts with just one registration of fingerprint (face), PIN, or pattern. It also supports easy remittance services through Toss, KakaoPay, Payco, and Naver Pay.
