View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] The Export-Import Bank of Korea announced on the 8th that it donated 14 vehicles (worth approximately 300 million KRW) to 14 multicultural family support organizations nationwide through the Community Chest of Korea.
Including this donation, since 2011, the bank has donated a total of 90 vehicles (worth approximately 1.65 billion KRW) to multicultural family support organizations across the country over the past 10 years. In particular, this year, the bank supported 14 vehicles to multicultural family support organizations, an increase of 6 vehicles (worth approximately 140 million KRW) compared to last year.
Bang Moon-kyu, President of the Export-Import Bank of Korea, said, "Considering the recent increase in multicultural families, we expanded the scale of support compared to last year," adding, "We hope this support will help multicultural families move freely and contribute a small part to revitalizing the domestic automobile market, which has been stagnant due to COVID-19."
