'Miusae' Park Eun-bin, the story behind not being able to visit her biological brother in the military (Feat Seo Jang-hoon)
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jeong-ho] Park Eun-bin has attracted attention by revealing the story of not being able to visit her older brother during his military service.
On the afternoon of the 6th, SBS's 'My Ugly Duckling' (hereafter 'My Ugly Duckling') aired, featuring Park Eun-bin as a special MC.
Park Eun-bin entered the entertainment industry as a child clothing model at the age of 5, and the following year in 1998, she made her debut on the small screen with 'Baekya 3.98'.
Regarding this, when asked, "What was the hardest part of being a child actor?" she replied, "During my school days, I had to balance acting and studying, so I didn't really have any free time," adding, "People ask if I ever rebelled, but I honestly never did."
Currently appearing in 'Do You Like Brahms?', Park Eun-bin said she took violin lessons to portray a late-blooming music student, revealing, "It was really difficult. Since the instrument was right next to my face, I could clearly see how to play. I worked hard," drawing attention.
During the broadcast, Shin Dong-yup asked Park Eun-bin whether she preferred being told she looks better in person or on screen.
Park Eun-bin candidly answered, "If I say I look better on screen, people might think I don't look good in real life, so I prefer hearing that I look better in person."
Furthermore, Park Eun-bin shared an episode about her older brother. When her brother enlisted in the military, his senior was a big fan of Park Eun-bin.
According to Park Eun-bin, her brother's senior did not even know that she was his older brother and encouraged her brother to become a fan of Park Eun-bin, saying, "She is an entertainer I really like."
However, Park Eun-bin's brother reportedly said, "That's not my type. I'm not really interested," and never revealed that she was his sister, which caused laughter. Park Eun-bin then shared a funny story, saying, "So I have never visited my brother during his military service. He told me never to come, so I couldn't go."
Hearing this, Seo Jang-hoon said, "My younger sister completely blocked me because she was afraid people would tease her if they knew I was her brother," adding, "She was embarrassed to be told she looked like me and kept my existence a secret until the end," which made everyone laugh.
