IBK, Launches Fast Document Submission Service... Submit Loan Documents via Smartphone
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 3rd that it will implement the 'Fast Document Submission Service,' which allows customers to submit the necessary documents for loan applications via smartphone.
All customers seeking personal loans from IBK will no longer need to visit multiple institutions or banks to issue and submit various documents.
A total of 13 types of documents, including the Certificate of Income Amount and the Health Insurance Qualification Certificate, will be automatically collected and submitted through the smart banking application 'i-ONE Bank.' For additional documents required for loan screening, customers can simply take photos using 'i-ONE Bank.'
