According to Daegu City on the 3rd, at 10:46 PM the previous night, 2,500 households in the Hyomok 2-dong area of Dong-gu experienced a momentary power outage caused by foreign objects flying into the distribution lines. At 12:40 AM on the 3rd, 36 households in the Manpeaceville Apartments in Hyomok-dong suffered inconvenience as electricity was not supplied due to a transformer malfunction.
On the same day, Daegu City temporarily operated four drainage pumping stations in Yulha, Wolseong, Gacheon, and Bisan. Additionally, the Sincheon Left Bank Underpass Road (Gachanggyo to Beopwangsa) 2.3 km was closed from 11:40 PM the previous night, the Sincheon Left Bank Underpass Road (Dusan Bridge to Sangdong Bridge) 0.8 km was closed from 3:50 AM on the 3rd, and Sincheondong-ro (Mutaegyo to Dongsingyo) 4.8 km was closed from 4:10 AM.
The Daegu Fire Headquarters received about 40 damage reports from 7 PM the previous day until 7 AM on the 3rd. All 12 flights at Daegu Airport were canceled the previous day, but normal processing resumed on the 3rd. School start times were delayed by one hour to 10 AM.
