[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] Gochang-gun, Jeonbuk announced on the 1st that it will provide an opportunity to review the individual publicly announced land prices surveyed as of July 1, 2020, from the 1st to the 21st, and receive opinions from landowners and stakeholders.
The target land consists of 1,971 parcels where land movements such as division, merger, and land category changes occurred from January 1 to June 30, 2020, and the prices are planned to be decided and announced on October 30.
The county has undergone thorough verification procedures regarding the appropriateness of land prices to enhance fairness and objectivity of land prices.
Individual publicly announced land prices can be viewed at the town and township offices where the land is located, the county office's General Civil Affairs Division, and the Real Estate Public Price Notification website.
If landowners or stakeholders have objections after reviewing the land prices, they can fill out the individual publicly announced land price opinion submission form available at the town and township offices or the county office's General Civil Affairs Division and submit it in person, by mail, or by fax.
For lands with submitted opinions, on-site inspections, re-investigations of land characteristics, standard land prices, and balance with nearby land prices will be conducted, followed by verification by an appraiser and deliberation by the Gochang-gun Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee. The results will be notified to the opinion submitters.
