The Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings is a product that allows subscription to both private and national housing if subscription ranking occurs and the subscription qualifications for each housing type are met. Payments can be freely made monthly between 20,000 KRW and 500,000 KRW, and if the subscription period is over 2 years, an annual interest rate of 1.80% is provided.
The Youth Preferential Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings allows subscription to both private and national housing, similar to the existing Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings. Preferential interest rates and tax exemption benefits are available upon meeting certain qualifications. Eligibility includes those aged 19 to 34 with earned, business, or other reported income of 30 million KRW or less annually, who are either the head of a household without a home or expected to become one, or a member of a household without a home.
