Busanjin-gu and Yeongcheon-si Excluded from Unsold Housing Management Areas... Total of 13 Locations Designated
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] Busanjin-gu in Busan and Yeongcheon-si in Gyeongbuk have been removed from the unsold housing management areas.
The Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) announced on the 31st that it selected a total of 13 areas as the 48th unsold housing management areas, including one in the metropolitan area and 12 in provincial areas.
As of the end of July, the total number of unsold houses in the unsold housing management areas is 14,046 units, accounting for about 49% of the nationwide total of 28,883 unsold houses.
In the metropolitan area, there is one location: Anseong-si in Gyeonggi-do (excluding regulated areas). The provincial areas include ▲ Sokcho-si and Goseong-gun in Gangwon-do ▲ Dangjin-si and Seosan-si in Chungnam ▲ Yeongam-gun in Jeonnam ▲ Gimcheon-si and Gyeongju-si in Gyeongbuk ▲ Yangsan-si, Tongyeong-si, Geoje-si, and Changwon-si in Gyeongnam ▲ and Seogwipo-si in Jeju, totaling 12 locations.
