The Coast Guard implements the coastal safety accident risk forecast system to inform the public in advance of the risk when safety accidents are repeatedly or continuously likely to occur or occur due to weather deterioration or natural disasters during specific periods, thereby preventing safety accidents.
During the risk forecast period, Jeju Coast Guard plans to make every effort to prevent maritime accidents by strengthening patrol activities centered on 102 locations including ports, harbors, and danger zones in the jurisdiction, as well as promoting through outdoor electronic signboards at affiliated stations and branch offices and the website.
