A Mother and Daughter Involved with the Same Man... Unprecedented Love Triangle Scandal Erupts in India
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] An unprecedented love triangle incident in India has shocked the entire nation.
On the 23rd, local media including the Times of India reported that on the 20th (local time), a 19-year-old woman named A living in Uttar Pradesh, northern India, was found dead in her home.
The person who reported the incident was B, A’s biological mother. The mother told the police, "Three perpetrators entered the house, killed my daughter, and attacked me."
When the police arrived at the scene, the daughter was already dead, and the mother had considerable injuries on her body.
Other family members said they were all asleep at the time of the incident and did not see the two.
During the investigation to track down the culprit, the police received a suspicious tip.
According to the tip, the deceased 19-year-old A was maintaining an intimate relationship with a man from a nearby village, but she was not the only woman involved in this intimate relationship.
Investigations revealed that this man was involved with both the mother and the daughter.
The man first dated A, then also started a relationship with A’s mother. Unaware of this, A was pressuring her boyfriend to marry her, which caused the boyfriend and A’s mother to conspire the crime due to the burden.
On the day of the incident, B strangled A to death with her boyfriend and then inflicted wounds on herself. Afterwards, B sent the boyfriend out of the house and reported the incident to the police.
Local police stated, "The family of the man who had relationships with both mother and daughter was aware of this. They repeatedly advised him to end the inappropriate relationships, but he did not listen."
