SK Broadband Exclusively Offers New Release 'Pororo Donghwanara' on Btv
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] SK Broadband announced on the 25th that it will exclusively provide the kids' content "Pororo Fairy Tale Land," where young children can enjoy both educational effects and fun, on B tv.
"Pororo Fairy Tale Land" is offered as VOD within 30 minutes after the end of the EBS live broadcast in the "B tv ZEM Kids" menu, allowing customers to conveniently show it to their young children anytime, in line with the Lovely B tv brand purpose. "B tv ZEM Kids" has expanded from play-centered content to learning and significantly increased the proportion of free content to reduce customer usage burden. "Pororo Fairy Tale Land" is free content based on rich storytelling of classic fairy tales, enabling young children to enjoy fun while gaining educational benefits.
Compared to the existing Pororo specials of about 5 minutes per episode, the running time has doubled to about 11 minutes, with each fairy tale consisting of 2 to 3 episodes. With the extended running time, the worldview contained in each fairy tale is presented with solid storytelling. "Pororo Fairy Tale Land" airs every Monday and Tuesday on the EBS channel from 8:30 to 8:45 a.m. for 15 minutes and is exclusively scheduled for free on "B tv" within 30 minutes after the broadcast ends for six months. It can be viewed in the Pororo exclusive section "Pororo World" of B tv ZEM Kids.

SK Broadband also plans to exclusively provide the official Pororo season, "Pororo Season 7," on B tv for six months in the second half of this year. Choi Young-ah, head of SK Broadband's Customer Management Group, said, "To deliver the unique value of B tv ZEM Kids, we continuously invest jointly to exclusively provide the national character Pororo series," adding, "As more customers work from home, we expect that young children using this edutainment content will gain both educational and entertainment benefits."
