This broadcast was created to promote small business products and encourage purchases through celebrities. It consists of a total of 12 web variety show episodes, each about 15 minutes long. In addition to Haha, several other celebrities participate.
The Ministry plans to indirectly advertise small business products through episodes set within the mart concept. A total of 200 small business products will be promoted directly and indirectly through the ㅎㅎ Mart broadcast. The first episode is scheduled to air on the 25th at 7 PM on the YouTube channels ㅎㅎ Mart and Gachisapsida TV.

Lee Junhee, head of the Ministry's Online Economy Promotion Division, said, "'ㅎㅎ Mart' is content by small business owners, for small business owners, and of small business owners." He added, "We expect it to play a key role in raising national interest in small business products during the difficult times of COVID-19 and helping them expand online."
