Hansung University, 100 Students Volunteer for Disaster Recovery in Chungju, Chungbuk
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Hansung University announced on the 21st that it conducted volunteer activities to assist in flood disaster area recovery on the 14th in the Sotae-myeon area of Chungju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do. Since 2019, Hansung University has maintained continuous exchanges with Chungju City through a business agreement, including rural volunteer activities and agricultural product sales events. This volunteer activity aimed to help with crop harvesting and damage recovery due to the monsoon season and the aftermath of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). A total of 100 students participated, directly assisting with rural labor.
