POSCO E&C Launches 'The Sharp Suseong Lacere' in Suseong, Daegu
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo In-ho] POSCO Engineering & Construction will open a cyber model house for the 'The Sharp Suseong Lacquer' apartment in Suseong-gu, Daegu on the 21st and begin sales.
The Sharp Suseong Lacquer is an apartment complex redeveloping the former Jisan Shiyeong 1st complex in Jisan-dong 1234, Suseong-gu. It will be built with 9 buildings up to 29 floors above ground, totaling 899 households, consisting only of small to medium-sized units ranging from 59 to 84㎡ (exclusive area). The general sale units number 214, divided by area as follows: ▲59㎡ 113 units ▲75㎡ 99 units ▲84㎡A 2 units.
The complex is mainly oriented south to enhance lighting and ventilation, and incorporates floor plans such as alpha rooms and master bedroom dressing rooms for excellent space utilization. Within the complex, there will be The Sharp Field, a lawn plaza, The Sharp Garden & Dining House where residents can enjoy outdoor dinners, and a pet garden space for companion animals.
