In the previous competition, Lee Jun-young led two victories in the kayak double event, achieving two crowns, but after losing in the single 200m event, he strengthened his stamina and refined his skills to avenge the defeat in this competition.
At this competition, Changwon University won 3 gold medals, 4 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal, securing the overall runner-up position in the university division following the last competition.
