[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Coupang announced on the 19th that it received a notification from the Incheon Seo-gu Public Health Center about a confirmed case of COVID-19 at the Incheon 4 Logistics Center and is taking necessary measures such as closing the logistics center.
The confirmed case is an employee belonging to an external company responsible for cleaning at the Incheon 4 Logistics Center, who was tested for COVID-19 on the 18th and received a positive diagnosis on the same day. An epidemiological investigation by health authorities is currently underway.
Coupang plans to fully cooperate with health authorities and do its best to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
