Ten Vietnamese students, including Buthanphung, completed the Korean language training course, and all graduates received certificates of completion along with Hanbok, Korean-style name stamps, and other items.
Gwangju University, selected as a ‘University Certified for Internationalization Competency’ by the Ministry of Education, is operating various events such as cultural experiences and K-POP competitions for international students.

Additionally, it receives priority in internationalization-related policies and projects of the Ministry of Education, benefits such as autonomy in selecting international graduate students, additional points for the Government Scholarship Program for Foreign Students (GKS), and preferential participation in overseas Korean study fairs.
Along with this, the list is made public domestically and internationally in 11 languages through official Ministry of Education sites such as the Korean Study Abroad Comprehensive System, and is provided for use by the Ministry of Justice and foreign governments.
