[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Yoo Deok-yeol, Mayor of Dongdaemun-gu, chaired an emergency countermeasure meeting at 2 p.m. on the 18th to discuss measures to prevent the resurgence of COVID-19 following the elevation of the social distancing quarantine response system to Level 2.
Mayor Yoo emphasized ▲ restrictions on gatherings and mandatory compliance with quarantine rules at high-risk facilities such as PC rooms, karaoke rooms, and buffets ▲ prohibition of religious facility meetings and events ▲ refraining from travel to other cities and provinces ▲ postponement of school, kindergarten, and daycare center attendance and transition to remote classes ▲ and refraining from events with more than 50 people indoors and more than 100 people outdoors.
