KAMCO Announces Public Auction of Seized Assets Worth 78.3 Billion KRW
The ticket gate results will be announced on August 20.
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) will auction 808 items worth 78.3 billion KRW, including 151 residential buildings such as apartments and houses nationwide, through Onbid from the 17th to the 19th.
This auction includes 483 items priced at 70% or less of the appraised value. The auctioned items are those requested by public institutions such as tax offices and local governments to KAMCO for auction to collect delinquent taxes.
When bidding in the auction, attention must be paid to rights analysis, and the buyer is responsible for evicting tenants, so caution is required. Also, keep in mind that the auction of the item may be canceled before bidding due to reasons such as tax payment or undeliverable notices.
