According to Gwangju City, the 219th patient traveled on KTX train No. 527, car 1, from Yongsan to Gwangju Songjeong on the 9th from 7:40 PM to 9:30 PM, and then used the subway from Gwangju Songjeong Station to Dolgyogae Station. It was confirmed that the patient was wearing a mask at that time.
However, it was confirmed that from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM between the 10th and 12th, the patient visited a Korean buffet restaurant in Seo-gu without wearing a mask. The buffet has been disinfected. The 219th patient was confirmed positive on the 13th.
Additionally, on the same day, Gwangju City announced that a man in his 50s, who was previously on hold for confirmation on the 11th, would be registered as the 220th confirmed case in Gwangju.
