Weekday 19,000 Miles, Weekend 24,000 Miles for Room-Only Reservations
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Asiana Airlines announced on the 13th that it will hold an Asiana Club mileage event in partnership with the 5-star hotel & resort Mayfield Hotel Seoul, located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
Under the partnership between the two companies, Asiana Club members can book rooms at Mayfield Hotel Seoul using mileage for one month starting from the 17th. For room-only reservations, members can book by deducting 19,000 miles on weekdays and 24,000 miles on weekends. For rooms including a breakfast package for two, the mileage required is 27,000 miles on weekdays and 31,000 miles on weekends.
Reservations and inquiries can be made through the Mayfield Hotel Seoul reservation department (02-2660-9000).
However, only the member's own mileage can be used for reservations; family pooled or transferred mileage cannot be used. Additionally, the stay period is from the 18th to December 30th, but blackout dates from September 30th to October 3rd, October 31st, December 24th to 26th, and December 31st are excluded from the event period.
Meanwhile, Asiana Airlines will hold a raffle for members who complete hotel stays using mileage during the period, offering prizes such as hotel suite studio room vouchers and hotel buffet coupons.

An Asiana Airlines official stated, "Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we extended the mileage validity period by one year last July and have been reviewing the expansion of partnership projects where mileage can be used." He added, "We will continue to strive to enhance member satisfaction in various fields in the future."
