1 Dead, 1 Seriously Injured, Fire Station Estimates Property Damage at 14.89 Million Won

According to the Jeonbuk Fire Headquarters on the 10th, at around 12:10 a.m., a fire occurred on the second floor of a three-story row house in Palbok-dong, Deokjin-gu, Jeonju, where Ms. A (female, in her 90s) died.
Also, Ms. A's son (in his 50s), who was at home with her, was seriously injured and transferred to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The fire caused property damage estimated by the fire station at 14.89 million won, including 18㎡ of the house and an air conditioner.
The residents inside the building evacuated on their own, and the fire was extinguished within 15 minutes by the fire authorities who responded to the report.
