Naju-si to Resume 'Citizen Informatization Education' from the 10th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Naju City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Kang In-gyu) announced on the 7th that it will resume citizen informatization education starting from the 10th.
Citizen informatization education has been conducted every year from February to November at the city hall computer training center to strengthen citizens' digital capabilities and bridge the information gap, but it was temporarily suspended this year due to COVID-19.
The city decided to conduct the informatization education in a non-face-to-face online (asynchronous) format, as digital capabilities are emphasized in response to the post-COVID-19 era due to the prolonged pandemic.
The education courses will be operated in a total of 9 sessions, including ▲ Exploring Naju City's YouTube and homepage ▲ Entering and managing phone numbers ▲ Naju City transportation and bus operation information ▲ Route finding using map applications ▲ Searching for popular restaurants.
The education can be taken by watching on the city's official YouTube channel without any separate application process.
Videos will be posted at 10 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until the 28th.
