Agreed to Promote Mutual Cooperation in Talent Development and Technology Advancement in the Food Industry

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] Gyeongsang National University and the Korea Food Industry Cluster Promotion Agency have joined hands to foster talent and develop technology in the food sector.
On the 7th, Gyeongsang National University announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korea Food Industry Cluster Promotion Agency at the Situation Room on the 5th floor of the university headquarters, focusing on mutual cooperation in talent development and technology advancement.
At the signing ceremony, seven representatives from the university attended, including President Kwon Soon-ki, the head of the research headquarters, Honorary Professor Jeong Deok-hwa, and department heads from related fields (Department of Agricultural Chemistry and Food Engineering, Department of Food and Nutrition, Department of Food Resource Economics). From the Promotion Agency, five officials participated, including the Chairman, Planning Director, Technology Director, Technology Support Manager, and Public Relations Team Leader.
The two institutions agreed to cooperate in ▲ developing and operating various exchange programs such as education, training, field practice, and internships ▲ developing industry-linked curricula and talent cultivation ▲ cooperation and support for student employment and entrepreneurship ▲ faculty field training, technical guidance, and management consulting ▲ joint research and development of academic and technical information, R&D, and training programs.
